The CRADR project is funded by the European Commission, arising from the collaboration between the Disaster Management Working Group (DMWG) and the Agricultural Working Group (AgWG). HII is a member of these working groups under the Asia-Pacific Advanced Network (APAN), a global network connecting research institutions and academic organizations. The project aims to study the impacts of climate change on agriculture, specifically focusing on the pilot area in Phrae Province. By leveraging advanced technologies from a multinational collaborative team—including experts from Japan, Taiwan, and India—the initiative seeks to address these challenges and transition toward Smart Agriculture. Furthermore, the project aims to share these innovations and scale up the outcomes among ASEAN member states.
